What does the typical yacht hire offer include?
Each of our yacht rentals comes with trained staff, all required safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The details of what's included can vary depending on the booking—sunset touring packages offer gourmet snacks and premium refreshments, while business yacht hire options are equipped with conference amenities and professional catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
It’s best to secure your booking about 2–3 weeks prior, and if you're planning during our busy months (May–September), it's especially important. For company events and special celebrations, we advise reserving 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure a wider range of options and ample time for personalizing your experience.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Your safety is our highest concern. Unfavorable conditions as determined by our skipper may lead to a rescheduling of your yacht experience for an alternative date, or a full refund will be offered. We pay close attention to meteorological reports and will reach out to you if the forecast suggests uncertainty 24 hours before your intended departure time.
May I bring my own refreshments and consumables?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food items and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. Nonetheless, we also extend excellent provisioning services and are able to tailor the refreshment selection to suit your preferences. It's important to note, for safety, glass containers are prohibited on our vessels.
Is there yacht access for guests with mobility challenges?
We are dedicated to accommodating all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with features that make them more accessible for those with mobility concerns. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please discuss your specific requirements with us upon booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht along with arranging any necessary facilities.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before departure, you are entitled to a complete reimbursement. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours ahead of the planned departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded, except in instances of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
