Our services are contingent upon availability and climatic conditions. We maintain the right to alter or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When you wish to book a charter, you must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Have attained at least the age of 18
  • Supply valid and comprehensive details
  • Make a deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your charter is considered confirmed only with the receipt of your payment and our formal confirmation. We have the discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are subject to the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will attempt to fulfil your requested dates and timings to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are presented in $ and include taxes where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change without previous notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the entire cost of the charter payable at the time of booking
  • Final payment: Required 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Incidental expenses (if any): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Options

We accept major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. We ensure the security of payment processing through encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund, less any transaction fees
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

Should the weather be deemed unsafe for navigation by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Move your charter to a later date without extra charges
  • Provide a full refund when rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If a mechanical fault arises with the yacht reserved for you, we will strive to allocate a suitable substitute. If this is not possible, you will be issued a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

Guests must comply with the following safety measures:

  • Obey all instructions from the crew
  • Use the provided safety gear when mandated
  • Disclose any medical issues that might impact their security
  • Stay within designated areas aboard the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Articles

The following articles are forbidden on board the yacht:

  • Weapons of any kind

6.3 Behaviour

Visitors are expected to behave in a civilized fashion. We reserve the right to terminate a charter without issuing a refund if a passenger's behavior jeopardizes safety or disrupts other patrons' experience.

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Our Responsibilities

We limit our accountability to the amount you have paid for the charter. We shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries inflicted upon oneself due to personal recklessness
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Consequential or punitive losses
  • Delays caused by acts of nature or occurrences out of our reach

7.2 Insurance

We possess complete marine insurance for our fleet and operations. It is advised that passengers obtain their own travel and personal insurance coverages.

7.3 Acknowledgment of Risk

By engaging in our yacht services, you recognize the inherent hazards of maritime activities and accept personal responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Changes and Itinerary Adjustments

Itineraries, paths, or schedules may be altered due to weather conditions, safety stipulations, or operational necessities. We will endeavour to offer similar alternatives when possible.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be accountable for postponements, cancellations, or modifications arising from factors outside our control, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Stark weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Legislative enforcements
  • Port suspensions
  • Mechanical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Information Security
